Electric upsetted parts ( center of the piece)
The pieces are obtained through electric upsetting only in the middle of the bar, remaining cold, therefore, the ends of it. After a further mechanical operation, it is possible to obtain: Idle pinions, differential shafts, gear shafts, speed change levers.
The pieces are obtained by the electric upsetting, an electric heating, and forging with screw press in order to grant limited stock, excellent geometry and straightening with a continuous fiber flow.

Shaft dimesion: From 15 to 60 mm
Lenght: Till 1000 mm
