Electric upsetted parts (head of the piece) - Family 3

Parts used in particular for the automotive Industry ( the Company is IATF 16949 certified), electric upsetted at on e side or in the center. For these parts Elettrostamperie Poppi grants specific controls as: magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic test.

From these raw parts, it is possible to obtain: Drive shafts, wheel hubs, wheels, axle box, pins and towing brackets.

The pieces are obtained by the electric upsetting, an electric heating, and forging with screw press in order to grant limited stock, excellent geometry and straightening with a continuous fiber flow.
