Forging with induction heating

The pieces are obtained through induction heating and further forging ( screw press). The results are good especially for the excellent geometry and for the very precise holes.

After a further mechanical operation it is possible to obtain:

Wheels, flanges, gears, planetary gears, brackets, bolts, pins, counterbalances, butterfly valves, pump bodies.

Weight: From 0,100 to 7 kg

Shaft dimesion: Max 200 mm
