In more than sixty years of business, we have achieved a high level of specialization in the electro-upsetting, molding and extrusion of parts in all types of steel: carbon, case hardened, hardened and tempered, nitrided, stainless steel, alloy steels as well as special titanium alloys.

The hot forging process allow to strain the steel which assumes the required shape through a strong pressure impact generated by moulds (Dies). It is properly a plastic processing and normally it is made at a temperature of 1200°C.
The electrical upsetting is a thermic - mechanical process through which the steel bar is electrical heated by a flow of low-voltage current and high intensity, at a temperature which allows the plastic deformation made than with a screw press. This heating and forging system, defined also as electrical upsetting, permits to create bulges maintaining a constant fiber flow which follows the part profile.

Guaranteed quality
In order to guarantee product conformity during all production phases, checks foreseen by internal procedures are carried out. The continuous control of all working phases give a guarantee on the final product quality.
Raw material check in, as forging and shipping steps, require rigorous control procedures with the use of IT software at each stage.
